The Boning Room was created to delve into the world of butchery, homekill and small goods.

A small team of dedicated people, travelling the Central Otago countryside, humanely killing, hanging and butchering your livestock into creative cuts and salivating small goods.

​

We cater to all cooking styles... low'n'slow BBQ, traditional roasts and chops or just loads of mince. Let us know how you want your meat cut and packaged.

The Boning Room welcomes questions and is more than happy to offer expertise and suggestions regarding your meat.
