At the Boning Room, we have a fully contained chiller truck to travel the Central Otago country side for quick, easy and humane slaughter of your animals.

All homekill animals hang in our chiller for a minimum of 7 days to ensure you receive the best possible meat. 

The Boning Room has a large variety of small goods to choose from and all are gluten free.

Wild game can be delivered to The Boning Room for processing, contact is essential before delivery.
